Chadwicks Group has celebrated the completion of one of the largest projects delivered through its longstanding partnership with Irish Wheelchair Association’s (IWA), transforming accessible apartments at Carmel Fallon Centre & Apartments in Clontarf, Dublin.
As part of the refurbishment, The Panelling Centre, Chadwicks Group’s specialist supplier of kitchens, wardrobes, flooring and interior solutions, donated new kitchens for each apartment. Chadwicks Coolock supplied the remaining materials required for the project, including flooring, paint and a wide range of building materials, as well as equipment to support improvements to the building’s exterior and surrounding grounds. Together, these contributions have helped improve the comfort, quality and accessibility of the apartments for residents.
Since becoming an official charity partner of IWA in 2021, Chadwicks Group has worked with branches across the country to support community centres and accessible homes, providing building materials, expertise and practical assistance that improve facilities for IWA members, residents and staff. The Carmel Fallon Centre project is another significant milestone in the partnership, helping to create more comfortable, accessible homes for residents while demonstrating the impact local branches can have in the communities they serve.

The refurbishment is the latest project delivered through Chadwick’s Group’s partnership with IWA, with further community initiatives planned across Ireland over the coming months.
