Joseph, who is assisted in the day-to-day running of the business by his wife Sharon, added: “Thankfully, we’ve loads of work ongoing and are very busy at the moment.”

“Securing new contracts, keeping everyone busy and keeping everything going right are challenges in themselves but we’re expanding all the time. If we see opportunities that allow for expansion we’ll take them. I would have to say that the future.
