CPAC Modular broke ground on its cutting-edge €16M manufacturing facility in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. This major milestone was marked by an official turning of the sod ceremony, led by An Taoiseach Micheál Martin.
The event underscored CPAC Modular’s commitment to innovation, job creation, and industry expansion, strengthening Ireland’s modular construction capabilities.
CPAC Modular’s new facility represents a €16M investment by this family-owned business, operating successfully in Ireland for over 40 years. The development will create 100 new jobs over a 5-year period, spanning roles in engineering, project management, construction, administration, technical support and more.
Situated on a 22-acre greenfield site, the new facility will triple CPAC Modular’s construction capacity—enhancing its ability to deliver permanent modular solutions across education, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors, including housing, apartments, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). The new HQ is due for completion by summer 2026.
Speaking ahead of the event, An Taoiseach Micheál Martin commented, “I am delighted to turn the sod on this modern manufacturing facility for CPAC Modular in Dunshaughlin.
