With an innate flair for building backed by decades of experience, Meath contractor Enda Rogers is delivering a fantastic portfolio of luxury homes under the industry-leading Breague Construction banner.
Adopting a professional, client-focused approach to every project undertaken as a prerequisite, Breague Construction has established itself as one of the premier builders of new homes in Meath and surrounding counties.
Quality is a non-negotiable to vastly-experienced hands-on proprietor Enda Rogers and this is why Breague has quickly established a stellar track record for promptly and meticulously delivering a stunning succession of residential projects, spanning luxury new builds, extensions, renovations and restorations
The same exacting attention to detail is rigorously adhered to on every home Breague Construction put their name to as their exceptional team of tradesmen showcase their incredible skills and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Although Breague is a relative newcomer – incorporated as a limited company as recently as May, 2021 – the Kilmainhamwood-headquartered contracting firm is underpinned by decades of construction experience and expertise accumulated both at home and overseas.
As a direct consequence of the immaculate craftsmanship invariably invested into previous projects, Breague Construction’s services are in big demand at present. At the time of writing, Enda and his team were engaged on no fewer than 16 new builds at various locations across the Royal County, each at a different level of completion, plus a nice selection of extension and renovation projects taking place concurrently.
“Enda has a brilliant team of carpenters, plasterers, electricians and plumbers who work for him and he can move them from site to site as and when they are required,” notes Sandra McCabe, who looks after all admin matters. “While he is breaking ground on one site, the others are all progressing perfectly, with everything carefully planned and coordinated.”
All services are provided in-house from groundworks through to a bespoke turnkey finish. While Enda is the principal driving force behind the company, he has surrounded himself with a reliable team of direct labour and subcontractors, and their contributions are invaluable to the ongoing success and popularity of Breague Construction.
“He sticks to the same subbies time and time again as they have proven that they can work to the very highest standards,” says Sandra. “He looks after them all and treats them well. It’s very hard to get good tradesmen these days, so when you do manage to secure them, you have to hold onto them. The tradesmen are happy to stick with us to work on these quality projects and everything runs very smoothly.”
Kevin O Halloran is the foreman at Breague Construction, Enda’s right hand man and a top class builder who has been with him from the beginning.
“Kevin is such a hardworking man and treats Breague Construction as if it were his own company. He is brilliant to sound out ideas with. Kevin has built a relationship with the clients and they know they can talk to him if they have any queries, He is always on the other end of the phone and is there to take the reins when Enda has time off.”
A carpenter by trade but multi-skilled in that he possesses great knowledge of all trades, Enda has been working in the construction industry all his life. The Meath man decided to emigrate to Australia for a few years and upon returning home, he worked initially for a contractor but then realised that he had all the qualities, ambition and confidence to go out on his own.
In addition to a wealth of experience, great knowledge and tremendous energy, the proprietor of Breague Construction brings many other key traits to bear on the company. “He is all about the quality,” Sandra states. “He keeps a very close eye on every site and makes sure that everything is perfect. He insists on high quality and is also very strong on communication.
“He keeps in close contact with the client throughout the work and makes sure they are happy with it. Enda doesn’t like to be in the office – he wants to be onsite but he always makes time to sit down with the client beforehand. He’ll find out exactly what they want from their dream home and talk them through everything because he has such vast experience that he can tell them what won’t work and what will work better.”
The aesthetic of every Breague Construction home is breath-taking and it’s the additional little touches of flair weaved into the building here and there that sets it apart. “When it comes to the interior finish, that’s where Enda really comes into his own as he has a lot of fabulous ideas. He knows from experience what will look good and he shares that information with the client and has the skilled tradesmen to carry it out.
“Breague Construction will leave every job exactly as it should be. He’s a perfectionist and it shows in the finished projects. One client Enda built a house for was so impressed with the work that he offered his services to help promote our business by making the drone footage of ongoing projects that we upload onto our Facebook and Instagram pages.
“We get a lot of our work on the strength of projects we have already completed. Social media plays a big part in this. Each job we do showcases what we are capable of and people can log into our social media platforms and see the quality of the work.”
Although Breague Construction is synonymous with luxury, high-end homes, no project is considered too large or too small and each is afforded the exact same attention to the finest detail. “Enda simply will not take on a job unless he has time to give it his full, undivided attention,” Sandra concludes. “Unless the client can wait until we are ready to deliver the project properly, he won’t take it on for the sake of taking it on.
“This ethos of quality has helped the company exceed all expectations. It’s a winning formula and it makes perfect sense to stick to it.” Breague Construction – Creating your Vision
