“I’m a carpenter / joiner by trade who carried out my training with ANCO on the Dock Road in Limerick. I spent six years with Michael Molumphy in Thurles before working as a foreman with Willie Gleeson in Upperchurch for 13 years. I then decided to go out on my own as a roofing contractor which led me into main contracting.”

Business is flying for Martin who currently has six projects on his books, including two two-storey new builds in Killenaule and Ballycahill/Holycross, and a new clubhouse consisting of four new dressing rooms for Boherlahan-Dualla GAA club.
