QBM, one of Ireland’s leading supplier of flat roofing systems, has announced the appointment of Fabien Emig as General Office and Export Manager. In this role, his responsibilities will include oversight of the company’s European export strategy and objectives, and evolving QBM’s logistical and operational procedures to support the business’s ambitious growth strategy.
Fabian brings over 10 years of experience in the roofing industry. Prior to joining QBM, Fabian held various roles including export manager roles in some of Germany’s well-known roofing suppliers. This newly created role at QBM will see Fabian develop and oversee QBM’s export strategy into the United Kingdom and mainland Europe, the strategic purchasing of products and systems, and the development of enhanced processes and procedures to streamline QBM’s day-to-day operations.
Fabian’s arrival follows a series of senior appointments in QBM over the past twelve months, including the appointment of Des Stapleton as Sales Manager and the promotion of William Burgoyne to Technical Sales and Training Manager.
