All products made are for in-house use only, allowing the company to focus directly on the needs of its construction projects, product testing, client inspection and quality control.

Over 90 per cent of McAleer & Teague’s work is delivered by its 50 tired and tested ‘Category One’ supply chain members. McAleer & Teague has successfully coordinated, project-managed and delivered projects from small restorations to multi-million pound developments. The company has been involved in many school and education builds in Northern Ireland, including the construction of a new three-storey South West College with an integrated two-storey library in Cookstown, the extension and refurbishment of the existing Colaiste Feirste School in Belfast, the construction of new eight-classroom primary schools in Enniskillen and Kilmacrennan, and the conversion of St. Franchea’s Buildings to Mount Lourdes Junior School. It is currently undertaking developments at St. Joseph’s Grammar School in Donaghmore, Friends’ School in Lisburn and Belfast High School.
McAleer & Teague can count the Glendarragh Valley Inn 70-seater restaurant in Ederney, Unite the Union offices in Derry and the New Line Recycling facility in Craigavon among its commercial projects. In the healthcare sector, it has constructed the new Lisburn Assessment and Resource Centre and carried out refurbishments at both the Erne and Cavan General Hospitals.
Recent high-profile projects include the construction of the Dublin City Mortuary and The Office of the State Pathologist, extensive repairs to the Grade A listed St. Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral in Armagh, the refurbishment of the Tropical Revine at the Belfast Botanic Gardens and the restoration of the Museum of Free Derry.
In January, McAleer & Teague was a recipient of an All-Ireland Occupational Safety Award.
