After settling in Ballymore Eustace, Co Kildare via Dublin, Donegal native Will McLaughlin set up Bespoke in 2017 and the burgeoning outfit has since doubled its workforce from 6 employees to 12. In addition, they contract only the best trades people and the best quality materials so that your bespoke build stands the test of time.

“We do a lot of builds that no other builder would touch, a lot of customized work,” Managing Director Will – who has 25 years’ experience in the building sector to fall back on – explained.
“I am very fortunate to have a highly skilled and dedicated workforce with me and I’d be lost without them. From the girls in the office to our project managers, they all have great experience. One of the challenges facing the industry at the moment is retaining staff but I have people here with me from Day 1 while I also only use sub-contractors that I know I can trust.”
Will is pleased to report that Bespoke’s services are very much in demand at this point in time.
“At the moment we’re working on new builds in Kilcock, Co Kildare, Kilcloon, Co Meath and a house in Dundrum. We’re also finishing one in Ballsbridge. We cover counties Kildare, Meath, Dublin and Wicklow.”

“We’d like to think it’s because of the finish and the detail that we go to,” Will answered.
“Plus, we’re not argumentative builders, we aim to please and we don’t stick the boot in when it comes to price. We like to have a big input into the design stage and I think that gives us a bit of an edge over our competitors. We very much adopt a collaborative approach to all of our projects.”

Looking to the future, Will has no intention of resting on his laurels. He has ambitious plans for expansion as long as the company’s graph continues on its upward trend.
“I’d like to expand the company, to get into bigger projects. We are currently working on projects around the €1m mark. I’d like to climb up the ladder to become a bit bigger. We came from nothing and have built the business from the ground up in the space of three years. There’s no reason why we can’t get bigger in the future.”
