Turner & Townsend, a leading global professional services firm working in real estate, natural resources and infrastructure, has appointed Tom Hamilton as Director of its Ireland business, to help drive real estate growth in the region.
Previously, Tom delivered over €500 million of commercial projects for Shelbourne Development. He also led successful office projects at Vertium in Dublin 4, Donnybrook House and Ballymoss House in Sandyford.
Based in Dublin, Tom’s role will focus on the developer market in the real estate sector, supporting growth and strengthening Turner & Townsend’s project management service for its clients.
