Hillmac Fitouts is a young and dynamic company which has gone from strength to strength since entering the fit out market three years ago.
Based in Glasnevin, Dublin 9, the contractor specialises in commercial interiors, leisure, hospitality and office fitouts. Hilmac Fitouts was formed by directors Neil McGovern and Patrick Hilley in July 2019.
Consistently delivering superior quality, Hillmac Fitouts puts the client first at all times. With their hands-on approach and clear costing process, the Hillmac team endeavour to offer a straightforward, practical service that puts you at ease. Outstanding workmanship, attention to detail, value-for-money and a commitment to working closely with clients to deliver total satisfaction are the hallmarks of this exceptional fitout specialist.
Hillmac Fitouts’ reputation for quality and ability to complete projects on time and within the agreed budget is borne out by the high volume of repeat business and referrals it receives from satisfied customers.
“Our core strength is delivering projects above our clients’ expectations time and time again with minimal fuss. Our ability to ‘make it happen’ and go above and beyond to execute our clients’ brief is second to none,” Neil McGovern says.
The company boasts an impressive client list which includes Permanent TSB, 21 Spaces, Think Contemporary, Bartra, Takeda, Water Wipes, Regus, Endeavour Technology, & Future Learning.
Among the projects it has successfully completed are: Soren & Son bespoke high-end coffee shop; Aladdin Schools head office, software development company; Fulfil head office; Active Tribe leisure centre and café in Courtown, Co. Wexford; Littlewoods head office in Dublin; Bartra head office in Dublin; Water Wipes offices in Drogheda; Encric’s Northern head office and canteen for 460 staff.
Hillmac Fitouts is currently carrying out a four-floor fitout for Future Learning in Jervis Street, Dublin 1 which is due for completion in mid-May. The company also has ongoing works with Permanent TSB and Regus as well as fire upgrade works in a number of shopping centres, and has a number of exciting new projects due to hit site in the coming weeks.
While Hillmac Fitouts is a relatively new business, its directors have a wealth of experience in the fitout sector. With over 10 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, Neil McGovern is well-placed to understand your project’s unique needs. Having dealt with many high-profile clients and consultants in this time, he prides himself in his pragmatic approach and customer satisfaction. Neil has considerable expertise in commercial property, cost control and design.
Patrick Hilley worked in several countries in fitout before returning to Ireland in 2013 with well-rounded experience and a client-focused approach. His knowledge and experience
have equipped him with tools to ensure your project is managed in the right way. With several high-profile jobs on his CV, he can handle any fitout project.
A key member of the team is Darren Naughton who leads all of Hillmac Fitouts’ construction operations, bringing core values of quality and innovation to the fore. He has earned a reputation among clients for high standards and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Hillmac Fitouts’ meteoric rise has been all the more praiseworthy given that its first year in business coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic.
“We established the company on July 8th 2019 and the following March the country went into lockdown. It wasn’t the start we expected,” Neil reflects.
“But we had a good client-base to start off with and that has stood to us. We made up for a lot of lost ground last year and have continued to grow into 2022.”
Neil and Patrick would like to take this opportunity to thank their clients, suppliers, staff and sub-contractors for their continued support. Whatever your vision, Hillmac Fitouts make it happen!
