This acquisition follows Xenon Building Technology’s recent completion of a significant management buyout (MBO). Dermot Ryan, previously the General Manager, and Justin Owens, the newly appointed CEO, acquired the company, enabling Xenon to pursue aggressive growth strategies and expand its market reach.
