Building Ireland touched base with Igor Paramud, who runs the exceptional company alongside his brother Yuriy.

Constantly evolving, improving and moving with the times to ensure absolute client satisfaction, Paramud Brothers Ltd. successfully opened a new Dublin office in 2023 to service an exponential increase in activities in the capital, while one of the group’s subsidiary companies, Paramud Interiors, entered the UK market in 2018 and now has an established market force on the other side of the Irish Sea, with and experienced, skilled and focused team.

In 2026, Paramud Group will celebrate its tenth anniversary. From humble beginnings, this upwardly-mobile family business has come a long, long way in less than a decade to establish itself as a go-to interior and façade specialist working regularly for the crème de la crème of Tier One contractors, from John Paul Construction to JJ Rhatigan, PJ Hegarty, Walls Construction, Elliott Group, BAM and many others.
Igor is delighted to report that 2025 has been another highly successful year to date: “Things are going very well and we’ve finished some really nice projects this year, with more on the way and others at negotiation stage. We’ve been very busy working on a good mix of commercial, residential, education, hospitality and pharmaceutical projects.”
As leading interior and façade specialists, Paramud Group offer a variety of fit out solutions from complete fit outs to bespoke ceilings, glazing partition installations and Metsec light walls. Their team have developed close working relationships with both suppliers and manufacturers, and are continuously endeavouring to expand the portfolio of products and services on offer.
These relationships are a testament to the way they take time to understand every product and project in detail, in order to provide the best possible tailored solutions to clients.
Paramud Group’s interior services include partition systems and design, suspended / acoustic ceilings, metal and bespoke solutions, structural framing system, architectural cladding and glazing, while façade services include structural framing systems and architectural cladding.
Some recently completed projects include an internal fit out at Trinity College Dublin, internal fit out at Dublin City University, internal and façade at Technological University Dublin in Tallaght, façade at Munster Technological University in Cork and an internal fit out at the recently completed Radisson Red Galway Project where Paramud Group completed the SFS, ceilings, partitions packages and associated works for JJ Rhatigan.
The new Trinity Business School building supports activities of the TCD School of Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This state-of-the-art building, located on campus in Dublin city, is approximately 12,000m2 over 7 storeys and houses lecture theatres, teaching space, offices and study space, ‘smart’ classrooms with the latest digital technology and a rooftop conference room.
“Depending on the projects we’re working on at any given time, we could have up to 300 men onsite. We’ve also finished a recent project at UL and are doing a large project for BAM at UCD, which incorporates one new block and the complete refurbishment of an existing block, which is being stripped out and completely rebuilt from a concrete frame.
“We are always negotiating new projects and ready to mobilise on others. Another one we’re ready to start as we speak is Crown Square in Galway.”
Quality is at the heart of every project Paramud Group put their name to. “It’s all about quality and every project has to be completed to the highest-possible standards,” Igor confirms. “We pride ourselves on service and quality. Our aim going forward is to maintain these high standards and to keep improving as much as we can.”
