Global property leaders Tom Panos and Verona Frankish among headline speakers as REAL Estate Agency Summit announces 2027 return following sell-out inaugural event
Ireland’s estate agency industry is undergoing a period of rapid change, with artificial intelligence, new technology, shifting consumer behaviour and increasing competition transforming how agencies attract clients, market properties and build successful businesses.
Against this backdrop, the REAL Estate Agency Summit will return to Waterford on Thursday, June 24th 2027, bringing together estate agency owners and property professionals from across Ireland and the UK for a second national gathering focused on the business of modern estate agency.
More than 200 estate agency owners and property professionals travelled to Waterford for the inaugural summit in June 2026, which brought together leading international and Irish voices to examine the future of the sector.
Internationally recognised real estate coach and industry commentator Tom Panos will return in 2027, joined by UK property leader Verona Frankish. Together, they will bring international experience across agency leadership, sales, marketing, property and business growth to the Waterford stage.
The summit was founded by Regina Mangan, Managing Director of Liberty Blue Estate Agents, to create a national platform focused specifically on helping estate agency owners to grow their business.
“The estate agency business is changing at a pace we have never seen before,” says Regina. “AI and other technologies are transforming how agencies market themselves and generate business, while consumer expectations are changing and competition is becoming increasingly sophisticated.

Tom Panos returns following his appearance at the inaugural summit, after getting a standing ovation in the Theatre Royal on his first ever visit to Ireland. One of the best-known voices in international real estate, he is recognised for his work with agents and agencies on sales performance, leadership, marketing and business growth.
The 2027 programme will focus on the issues facing modern estate agencies, including business growth, leadership, revenue generation, marketing, AI and technology, recruitment, changing consumer expectations and building stronger agency brands. Other high-profile speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

The strong response to the inaugural event has prompted the return of the summit for 2027, with estate agency owners and property professionals expected to travel from across Ireland and the UK to Waterford. For Regina, the ambition is to establish the REAL Estate Agency Summit as an annual national gathering for the sector.
