HPC Group has announced the appointment of Declan Ronayne as Non-Executive Director of HPC Group. With his extensive business experience, Declan is a valuable addition to the board. Previously, he served as the CEO of Woodie’s and Currys in Ireland for 17 years. Prior to that, Declan held senior management positions at Mars Inc and Johnson & Johnson, both in Ireland and internationally. His appointment as Non-Executive Director will involve providing advice and support to the HPC Group’s Board as it strives to further develop, grow, and diversify the business.

In addition to Declan’s appointment, HPC Group is pleased to announce two new board appointments – Greg Moran and Brendan O’Reilly. Both Greg and Brendan have been instrumental in the successful growth and development of the business over the years. As part of HPC Group’s efforts to strengthen the senior management team in preparation for significant future growth, they have taken up positions on the board.

Greg Moran has been appointed as Sales Director, with responsibility for managing and developing key customer accounts and sales strategy. His experience and expertise will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Brendan O’Reilly has been appointed as Regional Director. In this role, Brendan will oversee the TJ O’Mahony branches and business in the greater Dublin area and will also be responsible for the Group’s transport strategy. With his exceptional leadership skills, Brendan is well-suited to drive growth and development in these areas.

These appointments have been made following the exceptional growth of HPC Group, which is now firmly established as Ireland’s second-largest Trade & DIY supplier.

“We are delighted with these appointments of Declan, Greg, and Brendan, and we are very confident that they will make valuable contributions to the business and development of the HPC group,” said Sean Moran, CEO at HPC Group.
