Helix Building Consultancy, multi-disciplinary construction and property-related company based in Glasgow, has been acquired by Directors of KSN Project Management, a leading Irish-owned Project Management and Construction consultancy.
The acquisition is being undertaken as part of the expansion of KSNPM into the UK market as a construction project management consultancy firm, enabling its growth and geographical reach to service existing clients in the UK and build upon the current client service offerings by Helix Building Consultancy.

The acquisition will see Helix Building Consultancy rebrand under the KSN Project Management banner, with the company based from KSNPM’s offices in the heart of Glasgow. KSNPM is currently engaged on a number of projects in Glasgow harbour and in Glasgow City Centre alongside projects in Edinburgh, Fife, Dumfries & Galloway and the North of England.
