The company mission is to exceed customers’ expectations in quality, delivery, and cost through continuous improvement, economic design and customer interaction. By meeting this challenge, the company is at the forefront of its chosen market and looks set to remain there for the foreseeable future and beyond.

Reflecting on the ever-expanding workforce at Incus Power, Project Manager David Ffrench notes:

“There has been steady, controlled expansion since the incorporation of Incus Power. We started with around 8-10 employees and are up past 50 at present, and we seem to be benefitting greatly from the upturn in the local economies, so these are exciting times for Incus Power.”

Incus are also broadening their horizons and tapping into new markets.

“Up to 75% of what we produce is sold into the Irish market to electrical contractors as well as clients from a significant cross-sector of commercial, industrial, healthcare and retail sectors, etc. – but, over the past six to eight months, we have provided products and solutions to customers as far away as Dubai, Lisbon, Bahrain and South Africa,” David confirms.

“Our products are used in both new builds and retrofits, while we also provide maintenance services.

“We’re currently working on the redevelopment of Pairc Ui Chaoimh in Cork – where we are providing all the switchgear through OCS Ireland – and we are also delighted to have provided all the switchgear at Combilift Ireland, through King & Moffatt Electrical as well as the recently completed Linked-In Ireland office development, via Mercury Engineering.”

Looking to the future, David believes it will be a case of onwards and upwards for Incus Power: “We’ve never been busier and we are confident that there will be further growth, especially considering that there is increased growth in the local economies and; we enjoy close working relationships with a lot of the premier electrical contractors,” he concludes.

“We try our best to keep customers happy and once you do that then securing return business shouldn’t be an issue. We not only strive to meet our governing standards, but to surpass them, so that if there are future changes in the industry we will already be compliant and ready to meet them. Our technical team can be contacted day or night and are constantly on call to keep us ahead of the competition.” David confirms.
