BAM Ireland recently handed over phase 1 of the Boland’s Quay project at the old Boland’s Flourmills. Works to this iconic listed building included strip out of existing frame, roof, finishes, completions and replacement and fit out. The overall scheme is scheduled to be completed Q3 2021.
Set in the heart of Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock, the development provides three new landmark buildings and converted existing buildings comprising approximately 36,851 m2 of office, residential, retail and cultural space.
Once complete it will transform the Dublin skyline and surrounding urban landscape. The scheme will achieve the following accreditations – LEED Gold on the two commercial towers and an overall BER A3 energy rating.
In making the announcement BAM Ireland said: “Well done to Brian Holmes and his team at Bolands Mills.”
