This year will see three new premium developments launched in Drogheda, Duleek and Lusk as Lagan Homes Ireland copper-fastens its reputation as an industry-leading developer of exceptional living spaces in the Republic of Ireland.

The trio of sites launched by Lagan Homes Ireland in 2022 were Newtown Wood in Drogheda, County Louth; Hillfort in Kill, County Kildare; and Lumann in Straffan, County Kildare.
Ideally situated on the Termonfeckin Road, only minutes from Drogheda town centre, Newtown Wood is perfect for both couples and families. Designed around open green spaces with modern houses of various styles and sizes, this 177-unit development is designed to suit every lifestyle.
Hillfort, meanwhile, is a wonderful development of A-rated one, two, three and four bedroom homes ideally positioned just off the M7 in the picturesque village of Kill, which perfectly combines country living with easy access to Dublin city. “We have launched and sold four phases at Hillfort, with Phase Five, comprising 24 units, due to launch around February / March,” says Vicki. “Lumann in Straffan – which is 69 units plus the crèche – is located directly behind Hammerstone and those two developments will complement one another perfectly. Lumann is almost completely sold, with only a couple of units available.”

Located on the Old Slane Road in Drogheda, Gort Mell is a beautiful development of 237 three and four bedroom homes due to launch towards Q2, 2024, which should coincide with the launch of 141 units at Weaver’s Lane in Duleek followed closely by a 41-unit development in Lusk, County Dublin.
“Between those three sites we have plenty of work ahead of us going forward and we will have units in all three of those new developments ready for handover later this year,” Vicki enthuses. “Construction has commenced on the three sites and we expect to see first completions in those schemes from September.
Lagan Homes Ireland has hit, and exceeded, all its targets since inception and it looks like there is much more still to come from this outstanding developer of superior living spaces at a time when we desperately need to increase our housing stock.
“In terms of delivery, we completed almost 220 units in the Republic in 2023 and that is a great achievement. There has been strong demand for all our developments to date. We aim to continue in the same vein.
