The one-stop shop for all your building needs

8 Dec , 2023

Marcus Moore Building Services Ltd was established in 2010 to meet the ever-growing demand for general building services and maintenance services within the residential and commercial sectors.

The general building and fitout specialist operates from a retail until on Main Street, Enfield, Co. Meath where you can walk in and discuss your needs and ask for expert advice. Marcus Moore Building Services Ltd provides a one-stop shop for all your building needs. From the smallest of repairs to renovations, attic conversions, extensions and conservation work, it can help.

Marcus Moore Building Services Ltd is run by Marcus Moore, who has over 40 years’ experience in the construction sector. Marcus is supported by his wife Joan, who runs the office, three direct employees and the same tried and trusted subcontractors. He was previously managing director of Partition Craft Interiors, a company that he set up in 1997 and was built on foot of his ability to deliver the highest quality workmanship and product. Marcus will visit your home / premises to assess your needs and work with you to come up with the best solution possible.

“We can do everything from complete office fitouts with a first-class aftersales service to a general maintenance service,” the affable Dubliner says.

“Our business is split 50/50 between commercial and residential work. When it comes to office fitouts, we make the most of what you’ve got and can reorganise your office space to give you and your staff a more comfortable and organised working environment.

“The service we provide is based on your needs, from working during office hours keeping noise and disruption to staff to a minimum, to working after office hours and leaving your premises so that your staff can resume their normal working duties the next morning. We always put the customer first by offering unrivalled quality and service, all with the personal touch.”

He continues: “In the residential sector, we do a lot of extensions, maintenance and housing adaptation projects for older people or people with a disability which are funded by LEADER programme grants. We’re registered for all disability grant work.”

Outstanding workmanship, attention to detail, value-for-money and a commitment to working closely with clients to deliver total satisfaction are the hallmarks of Marcus Moore Building Services Ltd. Health & Safety is at the core of the business, and never more so than since the Covid-19 pandemic. From concept to completion, Marcus and his small but dedicated team are with you every step of the way, ensuring that your project is designed and built to your specific needs, and that there are no hidden or extra costs involved.

The company’s one-stop shop approach will ensure that both the design and building processes are smooth, comfortable and hassle-free. The Co. Meath contractor’s reputation for quality construction and ability to complete projects on time and within the agreed budget is borne out by the high volume of repeat business and referrals it receives from scores of satisfied clients.

By employing highly-skilled people, collaborating with design teams and using only the very best building products, this fully-insured contractor is able to deliver the highest quality construction to its clients. All works carry a 12-month guarantee.

Business is good for Marcus who can have up to half-a-dozen projects taking place at once. He enjoys a close working relationship with The Orchard Home, Garden & Café in Celbridge, Co. Kildare where he regularly oversees its building works. The Orchard is a lifestyle destination store specialising in home and garden. It has five departments, including Home & Interiors, Garden & Outdoor Living, Pet & Aqua, Gift & Books and Café. It also boasts a five-star garden centre status from Bord Bia and was awarded Garden Centre of the Year in 2010. The outdoor department is the largest in Ireland.

“I work as a project manager for The Orchard as well as for construction companies that are bigger than mine,” Marcus adds.

The Rye River Café in Kilcock, Co. Kildare, which was formerly a Christian Brothers School, is a fine example of Marcus Moore Building Services Ltd’s conservation work. At the time of writing, Marcus and his crew were preparing to restore a 180-year-old period house in Rathmolyon, Co. Meath.

Passionate about construction, Marcus would like to take this opportunity to thank his clients and suppliers for their continued support as well as his staff and subcontractors for their hard work, dedication and expertise.
