We speak to Operations Director Marc Barry about the services that they provide and about the success they have achieved since being established in 2009.Premier Contracts are one of the most successful shop fitting and interior fit out companies in Ireland.
Their clients include multi-nationals companies, government agencies and leading commercial interests across a wide range of industries consisting of telecommunications, retail, law and banking to name just a few.
Specialising in commercial, retail and corporate interior design and fit-out construction solutions across the country, this Dublin based firm is certainly a leader in their field of expertise.The Premier Contracts team is an experienced one that consists of employees that bring many different key attributes to the company and combined these attributes have helped make the company the success it is today.

“We offer a complete service that covers every aspect of interior contracting from the installation of air conditioning, I.T. infrastructure, electric’s, lighting, joinery and glazed partitions together with all finishes.”
Marc and the team will assume full responsibility for the project management and supervision of construction works including all aspects of health and safety; an area that they take great pride in ensuring that it meets the highest standard.
“Health and Safety is a big priority for us. We are willing to learn from every job and every situation that we find ourselves in. You have to be willing to always improve and that is something that we are eager to do.”
In the telecommunications industry, 3 Ireland and Carphone Warehouse are two of Premier Contracts biggest customers.
“We have been doing fit-outs for Carphone Warehouse for a few years now, while when 3 Ireland done the swap over in 2015 we got the contract for a lot of their stores and we have been working with them since.
“Our customer base would include the likes Three Ireland, Camper, Currys, PC World, Exterion Media, Finning Caterpillar, Aramark, City Electrical Factors (CEF) and many more.”
The shop fitting process is broken down into three key areas as Marc explains: “Everything we do in our shop fitting is split into three easy to understand but distinct processes: Design, Manufacture and Installation. We explain exactly what we do in each stage, how we do it and why it’s so important to us. So the customer can understand why it should be important to them.”
Premier Contracts are willing to take on any work big or small indeed Marc added that the more difficult a project, the more they welcome the challenge.
“No two jobs are the same and every job has to be approached differently. We love the challenge of a new job and the demands of completing them within a tight time frame and on budget.
“We have worked on many listed buildings where only certain procedures can be followed, so we have to come up with ways of ensuring that the customer get what they want, while doing the work to the regulations that are before us.”
Marc concluded that they are always actively seeking work as they look to expand their portfolio and try to improve on their already high standard service.
“The best form of advertising for us is word of mouth. Our work speaks for itself and it is up to us to maintain the quality that our clients have become accustomed too. We are busy at the moment, but would always be willing to take on more work.”
