“We pay particular attention to our clients’ needs,” answered John Moloney when asked: what are the key attributes that they pride themselves on?
“It may sound simple but we listen to our clients. We sit down with them before the design stage and listen to their needs. When developing a client brief, we make sure we capture everything that they are looking for.”
Moloney Fox Consulting Ltd’s core activities are the design of Mechanical and Electrical Services within buildings which are produced taking due account of environmental issues whilst maintaining a practical cost effective approach.
The practice also offers Lead Consultant, Contract Administrator, Project Management and M&E Cost control duties as part of an integrated role.
The philosophy for projects is to work harmoniously with the client and the design team and construction team to ensure a successfully completed project, on time, to budget and in compliance with the client’s requirements.
This commitment is carried out regardless of the scale of the project, from a major commercial development to a small refurbishment.
“We’re always looking to recruit new members of staff to meet with our current and future workload. The future is looking very bright. Limerick has kept us very busy and we’ve also been working in Waterford, Clare and Tipperary as well. Basically, we cover the Munster region and parts of Connaght.
“We’re lucky in that we have a good bit of public work and private work on. We have a good balance between the two. The office has been extremely busy in recent times and the future looks bright in this regard”
